Trough ICT-GDA (USAID), Winrock Iternational-Nepal has developed RIC (or Telecenter) training manual and has conducted multiple operation and management trainings in Kathmandu and other locations where it has established telecenters.

This manual can be used as complementary source with ICT-GDA (USAID)Telecenter manual as guides to successful establishment of rural information centers. Financial sustainability is still a challege for telecenters but these books will provide a good roadmaps for operators.

RUPP's Telecenter reference book

Rural Urban Partnership Project (RUPP) established numbers of telecenters in the country.
